New Delhi: On Thursday, The Delhi Police arrested a burglar (20) from West Delhi and recovered gold piece of brick and cash over 3L. One juvenile was also detained in case. Police identified accused as Teju, native of the Rajasthan. On 12 December, a burglary was reported in Naraina area wherein burglars, burgled cash, jewelry, foreign currency and gold brick and biscuits total worth approx. 1.5 cr, from a house.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) said that accused was arrested accused from Ajmer in Rajasthan. “He admitted that he along with his associates actively indulging in the commission of residence burglaries, particularly at day time,” said DC. He further added that on his instance, stolen yellow metal piece of brick weight about 503.15 grms and cash 81,000 Rs have been recovered from his residence in native village. On his instance, one CCL was also detained.
