Cash, gold ornaments worth Rs 45 lakh stolen

Hyderabad: in a separate incident, two houses were burgled at Alwal.
In the first case: a police officer said that Satyanarayana, a resident of Badangpet, along with his family went to his relative’s house and stayed there overnight on Thursday evening. when he returned the home and saw the door open.
Upon entering the house, he saw the main door of the house was broken and he found about  Rs 20 lakh cash and gold ornaments weighing about 12 tolas were missing from the house.

He lodged a complaint with the police immediately A case has been registered at the Meerpet police station in this regard.

In the second case: according to the police, Nageshwar Rao and his family members went to invite his relatives for his daughter’s marriage on Thursday. When Nageshwar and family returned home and saw the main door of the house was broked. They found about Rs 6 lakh in cash and gold weighing around 50 tolas were stolen from the house. and he lodged a complaint.

The police said, At Avinash’s house when the family members sleeping on the first floor of the house. when burglars entered the house through the main door and took away about 20 tolas gold ornaments and half a kg of silver ornaments.
