9th class student held for burglary

Hyderabad: A student class 9th, who was involved in thefts at LB Nagar was detained by the police on Monday. The police also detained the boy’s aide, who was buying the stolen gold from the boy and recovered the property valued Rs 71,000.

According to the LB Nagar police that on April 15, a theft has taken place in a residence at Sainasaptagiri colony in Mansoorabad area, where about 20 gram of precious gold ornaments were stolen and also furniture and other articles in the residence were damaged.

Upon conduction the enquiry, the police tracked down the young and his aide Amboth Ramesh, a painter from from Nacharamma Basthi. the student got habituated to bad vices after he become friends with Ramesh.
